A collection of nine private and nine tenure-blind affordable new homes, designed by Elivia Homes and Sunley Estates. A collaborative and multi-faced scheme, working with the Parish Council and SDNPA, each house has its own identity, characterised by external finishes such as artisan brickwork, hand-layered knapped flint, painted hardwood windows, and clay roof tiles to match the village’s historic architecture. The scheme is energy efficient incorporating high-quality insulation and air source heat pumps.

Sussex County Cricket Club needed to optimise its land use to generate revenue, enhance the entrance and create more modern business spaces. As part of the larger masterplan for the grounds, the resulting nine-storey mixed-use development features 37 luxury apartments, a basement car park, commercial spaces and a bar/restaurant. The design plays homage to Sussex with distinctive balcony lines to echo the natural striations of chalk, a material palette dominated by white brick, complemented by darker metallic ceramic tiles.
