RICHARD SOAN ROOFING SERVICES FOR WORK TO SOUTHOVER OLD HOUSE, LEWES

A large historic Grade II listed house which had a serious fire in 2019. The house is believed to have early origins but was rebuilt in the late 18th century, with mathematical tiles added to the front in mid-19th century. The existing salvaged materials were to be reused and made up with matching reclaimed slates and tiles on the roof.

LION ROOFING FOR WORK TO CHICHESTER CATHEDRAL

The brief was to make two hoppers and downpipes for the Cathedral. The existing hoppers were to be made to match the existing, individually sand casted and welded together.  The collars also were to be cast to match the existing. A St Richard was supplied by the Cathedral and incorporated into the design.

CARL MASTERS

MASTERS BRICKWORK AND STONEMASONRY LTD FOR BRICK AND STONEWORK TO COUNTRY HOUSE

Tasked with the new build construction of a classic brick and stone building to create a new family home.  Coursed Fittleworth stone was traditionally laid on lime beds with bespoke handmade curved lintels and housed knapped and galleted flint panels.  The first floor consisted of a traditional Flemish bond of handmade bricks laid on a bed of lime.
