Fairlight End is a Grade II listed house with gardens in total covering 3 acres. In 2012, Ian Kitson was commissioned to redesign the areas close to the house, concentrated around the upper lawn areas by the house, the woodland stepped walk and smaller interventions in the wild flower meadows and wood.

St. Wilfrid’s Hospice, 1 Broadwater Way, Eastbourne BN22 9PZ
The Hospice was a 2014 Public & Community winner; costing £11.5m to build and equip it has been innovatively designed using green roofs and extensive gardens to conceal the hospice and create a peaceful environment for its patients, staff and visitors.
