CRAWTERS BROOK OPEN SPACE, NORTH OF THE ROUNDABOUT AT MANOR ROYAL, CRAWLEY RH10 9DE

A neglected and under-valued remnant field parcel and woodland in an otherwise built-up area. The brief was to provide a new public park as a catalyst and precedent for regeneration of other neglected land and to create a distinct landmark.

RESTORATION OF ELIZABETHAN AND JACOBEAN TERRACE AT DOVECOTE GARDEN, WEST DEAN NEAR ALFRISTON

Restoring the Terrace garden scheme to its origins was the project planned outcome. Identifying the site as an Elizabethan and Jacobean laid out Terrace Walk led to the replanting with species of the era. The later hothouse and hotbed horticulture design was also conserved.
